This policy explains refunds and cancellations for each of our offers. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If the two differ, the Terms & Conditions apply.

توضّح هذه السياسة أحكام الاسترداد والإلغاء لكل عرض من عروضنا، وتُعدّ جزءًا من الشروط والأحكام. وفي حال وجود أيّ اختلاف بينهما، تُطبَّق الشروط والأحكام.

1. Live trainings | 1. التدريبات المباشرة

1.1 Tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend.

1.2 If we reschedule a training, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

1.3 If we cancel a training completely without a new date, you receive a full refund of what you paid for it, including any upgrade.

2. Upgrades and recordings | 2. الترقيات والتسجيلات

Upgrades (such as VIP), recordings and replay offers are non-refundable, except as set out in clause 1.3.

3. Become the Legacy: cancelling | 3. إلغاء Become the Legacy

3.1 Your year starts on the date of your first payment. Each month runs from that date.

3.2 You can cancel any time by emailing mays@mayskhaled.com.

3.3 Monthly plans: your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Months already paid are not refunded.

3.4 Paid in full: you receive a pro-rated refund for the months that have not yet started: amount paid ÷ 12 × months not started, rounded down to the nearest dollar. "Amount paid" means what you actually paid after any credit for earlier purchases. Payment processing fees are not refunded.

Example: you paid $12,000 in full and cancel during month 4. Eight months have not started, so your refund is $12,000 ÷ 12 × 8 = $8,000.

3.5 Where we state that earlier purchases are credited (Terms & Conditions, clause 5.7), the credit is applied once when you join and is never paid out in cash, including if you cancel later.

3.6 When your access ends, your access to the online learning space and the member community is removed.

3.1 تبدأ سنة العميل في تاريخ دفعته الأولى، ويُحتسب كل شهر ابتداءً من ذلك التاريخ.

3.2 يمكن للعميل الإلغاء في أيّ وقت بمراسلة mays@mayskhaled.com.

3.3 خطط الدفع الشهري: تتوقف الخطة في نهاية الشهر المدفوع، ويستمر وصول العميل حتى ذلك الحين. ولا تُستردّ مبالغ الأشهر المدفوعة.

3.4 الدفع الكامل: يحصل العميل على استرداد نسبي عن الأشهر التي لم تبدأ بعد، ويُحسب كالتالي: المبلغ المدفوع ÷ 12 × عدد الأشهر التي لم تبدأ، مقرّبًا إلى أقرب دولار أدنى. ويُقصد بـ"المبلغ المدفوع" ما دفعه العميل فعليًا بعد خصم أيّ مبلغ مُحتسب عن مشتريات سابقة. ولا تُستردّ رسوم معالجة المدفوعات.

مثال: دفع العميل 12,000 دولار كاملة وألغى خلال الشهر الرابع. لم تبدأ ثمانية أشهر بعد، فيكون المبلغ المُستردّ: 12,000 ÷ 12 × 8 = 8,000 دولار.

3.5 إذا أعلنّا عن احتساب مشتريات سابقة (الشروط والأحكام، البند 5.7)، يُطبَّق الاحتساب مرة واحدة عند الانضمام، ولا يُصرف نقدًا في أيّ حال، بما في ذلك عند الإلغاء لاحقًا.

3.6 عند انتهاء الوصول، يُلغى وصول العميل إلى المساحة التعليمية الإلكترونية ومجتمع الأعضاء.

4. The Legacy Room: cancelling | 4. إلغاء The Legacy Room

4.1 The terms in section 3 apply.

4.2 If you paid in full, $2,000 is deducted from your refund for each RTT session already delivered. Your refund is never less than $0.

Example: you paid $18,000 in full, had one RTT session and cancel during month 3. Ten months have not started: $18,000 ÷ 12 × 10 = $15,000, minus $2,000 = $13,000 refund.

4.3 RTT sessions not delivered by the time your access ends are not carried forward.

4.4 A missed RTT session, or one rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, is forfeited and not refunded.

4.1 تُطبَّق الشروط الواردة في القسم 3.

4.2 إذا كان العميل قد دفع المبلغ كاملًا، يُخصم من المبلغ المُستردّ 2,000 دولار عن كل جلسة RTT تمّ تقديمها، على ألّا يقلّ المبلغ المُستردّ عن صفر.

مثال: دفع العميل 18,000 دولار كاملة، وحضر جلسة RTT واحدة، وألغى خلال الشهر الثالث. لم تبدأ عشرة أشهر بعد: 18,000 ÷ 12 × 10 = 15,000 دولار، ناقص 2,000 = 13,000 دولار مُستردّة.

4.3 لا تُرحَّل جلسات RTT التي لم تُقدَّم حتى تاريخ انتهاء وصول العميل.

4.4 جلسة RTT التي لم يحضرها العميل، أو التي طلب إعادة جدولتها قبل أقل من 48 ساعة من موعدها، يسقط حقه فيها ولا يُستردّ مقابلها.

5. Missed payments | 5. الدفعات المتأخرة

5.1 If a monthly payment fails, you have 7 days to complete it. After that, your access pauses until the payment is made.

5.2 If it is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, your membership ends: the plan stops, no further payments are due and your access ends.

5.1 في حال تعذّر تحصيل دفعة شهرية، يُمنح العميل مهلة 7 أيام لإتمامها، وبعدها يُعلَّق وصوله إلى حين سدادها.

5.2 وإذا بقيت الدفعة غير مسدّدة بعد مرور 30 يومًا على تاريخ استحقاقها، تنتهي العضوية: تتوقف الخطة، ولا تستحق أيّ دفعات أخرى، وينتهي وصول العميل.

6. How refunds are paid | 6. طريقة دفع المبالغ المستردّة

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.

تُعالَج المبالغ المستردّة المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام، وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ لدى البنك بضعة أيام إضافية.

7. Payment concerns | 7. الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمدفوعات

If you have any concern about a payment, please email mays@mayskhaled.com first so we can resolve it directly. If you open a dispute with your bank, your access pauses while it is open (Terms & Conditions, clause 7).

في حال وجود أيّ استفسار أو اعتراض على دفعة، يُرجى مراسلة mays@mayskhaled.com أولًا لحلّ المسألة مباشرة. وإذا قدّم العميل اعتراضًا لدى البنك، يُعلَّق وصوله طوال فترة النظر فيه (الشروط والأحكام، البند 7).

8. Language | 8. اللغة

This policy is provided in English and Arabic. If there is any difference between the two versions, the English version prevails.

تُقدَّم هذه السياسة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وفي حال وجود أيّ اختلاف بين النسختين، تَسود النسخة الإنجليزية.
